Geranium Sun Hat with Vintage Juniper Ribbon - Benefitting Bermuda National Trust

In collaboration with The Rosewood Bermuda, our wide-brimmed Geranium sun hat is woven with a vintage ribbon sourced with Bermuda's iconic cedar tree (scientific name Juniperus Bermudiana) in mind.

The Bermuda Cedar tree is the most notable tree in the mid Atlantic. However, the endemic evergreen, that originally formed Bermuda's landscape, is critically endangered. Recovering the population of the Bermuda Cedar tree is a cause we are passionate about.

This super wide-brimmed hat will glamorously shield you from the sun. The Geranium is woven with wider pieces of palm leaf vs. The Daisy is woven with finer pieces of palm leaf. The fit is the same though!

Brim Length:7 inches (18 cm)
Crown Height: 4 3/4 inches (11.5 cm)
Crown Circumference: 23.5 inches (when measured on the outside of the hat). There is an interior elastic band with a circumference that is about 22 inches, with slight variability due to the fact that these are handmade.
Material: This hat is woven with palm tree leaves so there is natural color differentiation within the weave.
Care: If your hat is in need of reshaping, use a household steamer to mold the brim and crown into your desired shape. Store your hat in its original packaging or gently stuff its interior with colorless tissue paper.
